As the Centre Manager, you will be integral to the centre's success, ensuring the seamless and efficient daily operation while upholding the highest standards of quality care and education.

• Community Builder: Be essential in establishing and maintaining positive, trusting relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider Parkville community.
• Operational Management: Efficiently manage and roster a dedicated team of approximately 12 permanent and 2 casual staff members.
• Safety Champion: Lead the service in meeting and exceeding all Child Protection and Child Safety standards, ensuring a secure and nurturing environment for every child.

If you have a passion for mentoring teams and driving pedagogical excellence, and meet the following essential criteria, we encourage you to apply:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or a higher ACECQA Approved qualification.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Clear National and/or International Police Check (PC).
• Current CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Completed Child Protection Training (Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations Certificate).
